Exams are only a subtle part of the learning journey, though its advised to take up exams - it’s not compulsory.

Our teachers are qualified professionals who have experience teaching children as well as adults. We pride ourselves on having the most devoted teachers with an unwavering commitment to our students success.

Are your Trainers qualified?

Our class structure is usually group classes – generally twice a week. Exception to this is Western Violin, Tabla and Mridangam – once a week, Yoga for Adults – Thrice a week.

What’s your class structure? What is the Frequency of classes?

There is no fool proof method to know this, only trial and error based on the interest of the
student or parent is the way to go. However 6 months in a particular vertical is a descent
timeframe to analyse and understand if the child is enjoying the art form, child will learn as long as they are enjoying. Consistency to class and practice is the key.

How do we know kid is interested in a particular activity or Art form?

BTA facilitates a non-competitive healthy atmosphere for all students to enjoy their learning journey. We do not send students for competitions. We have an inhouse auditorium where we facilitate students an opportunity to perform and also celebrate our annual day at an external venue for students to express their talents, this helps them to shed their inhibitions and gain confidence as budding artists.

Does BTA send students for Competitions and provide stage exposure?

When a Trainer misses a class, the class is compensated. If a student misses a class the class is not compensated. At BTA, students though in a group are thought lessons individually. When the student resumes class, Trainer will revise the old lesson and then the student continues the learning curve. As a result the Student doesn’t miss a lesson when absent. However, the student is expected to attend at least 75% of the class to help the trainer finish the syllabus for the academic year.

What is BTA’s Class Compensatory Policy?

The minimum age to start with Art, Freestyle Dance, Carnatic Vocal, Hindustani Vocal and Western Vocal is 4 Yrs. Bharathnayam, Kathak and Teakwondo is 5 yrs.
